SHIPPING
- Express Shipping : Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically within 3-10 business days EXCLUDING CUSTOM WIGS.
CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may apply based on the destination country. These fees vary by country and are payable by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more details on how to return your item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Our shipping services do not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order, or purchase insurance separately through our website.
In the event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will either offer a replacement or provide store credit for the full order value.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.
LOST PARCELS / INCORRECT ADDRESS
If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we may require a police report as part of the claims process.
In the event that your order is flagged as “Lost in Transit,” we will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing your items or issuing store credit.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
While we strive to ship all orders within the specified time frames, during busy periods—such as sales or product launches—there may be slight delays.
If your order is urgent, please contact us directly so we can prioritize your shipment.
SALE PERIODS & PRODUCT LAUNCHES
During sales or product launches, please note that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. Our team is working hard to ensure that your Hair Theory products reach you as quickly as possible. However, some delays may be out of our control, such as shipping restrictions or customs delays.
FRAUD PREVENTION
If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processor (Shopify), it will be placed on hold until we receive identity verification from you. We will reach out via email with instructions on how to verify your details, and your order will remain open until the process is complete.
