Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your new Hair Theory product! However, if you find that the item isn't quite right, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Terms
- Change of Mind:Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns are eligible for store credit only, which never expires.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with lace intact.
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Return Shipping:Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns Form:A completed returns form must be included with your return.

Health & Hygiene Policy
At Hair Theory, your satisfaction and safety are our top priority. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or opened wigs or hairpieces. Many of our customers use our products for medical-related hair loss, so we follow strict hygiene standards to protect their safety.

Any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will be returned to you at your expense.

Human Hair Products & Custom Orders
- Made to Order:All human hair products (including wigs, ponytails, clip-ins, etc.) are custom-made to order and can take 14-20 business days to process. Please allow for additional time if any unforeseen delays occur.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a custom order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid a 20% cancellation fee. This helps cover the time spent on processing your order.

Colour Disclaimer
Please note that the color of your unit may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Due to differences in device displays, we cannot guarantee an exact match, despite our best efforts to provide accurate images.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to offer either an exchange or a refund. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you notice any issues with your product.

Damaged in Transit: If your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly process an exchange or refund once the item is returned and inspected.

Store Credit
Store credit codes cannot be combined with any promotional or one-off codes during checkout. However, you can use your store credit during our store-wide sales, which occur 3-4 times a year. These sales automatically apply discounts at checkout.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are listed for sale before they arrive in stock, with an estimated shipping time. While we strive to fulfill pre-orders on time, please note that occasional delays may occur, which are out of our control. These delays are not grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Refunds, Cancellations & Credits
Refunds, cancellations, and credits will be processed within 14 business days after we have received and approved your returned item.
